Pepper Jelly  is hot, spicy, tangy, and sweet all at the same time!

STEPS:

Take care when cutting hot peppers.

Use a mini food processor to chop the ingredients.

Bring to a boil in a large saucepan.

Liquid pectin is needed in this jelly recipe.

Be careful, the mixture will bubble and spatter.
