Lemon Poppy Seed
QUICK BREAD BASICS
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in a separate bowl. Combine them together.
ADD THE POPPY SEEDS
Fold in the poppy seeds. Combine well.
POUR INTO THE PAN
Pour half the batter then layer with half of the lemon curd. Repeat.
Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 F.
Top with more lemon curd for an over the top lemon bite!
